Each post includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Hazel’s factual or production mistakes are corrected without using that round.
The details, clearly explained
Prices are in GBP per billing month. Confirm your subscription, start date and payment terms directly with Hazel. The plan buttons open an email, not a checkout.
You supply usable original photos, business details and suitable video clips for Reels. You download and publish the finished content yourself. Account management, automatic posting, on-site filming and paid advertising are not included. Enquiries, bookings and sales are not guaranteed.
A carousel counts as one post. Studio’s Story adaptations are vertical versions of that month’s approved posts, not extra original concepts. Specific requests use your included slots. Studio call times are confirmed by Hazel after you request a time.
Your allowance renews on your agreed billing date. Unused client-cancelled slots do not roll over. Work owed because of a Hazel delay remains owed.

What stays in my hands?
You supply usable original photos, business details and suitable clips for Reels. When the finished content is ready, you download it from your portal and publish it yourself. Hazel does not manage your social accounts, automatically post, film on site or run paid advertising.
What if the first post isn’t quite right?
We agree the style using your first finished post before preparing the rest. Each post includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Hazel’s factual or production mistakes are corrected without using that round.
How does a billing month work?
Your allowance renews on your agreed billing date, not automatically on the first of the calendar month. Unused client-cancelled slots do not roll over. Work owed because of a Hazel delay remains owed. Confirm your start date and payment terms directly with Hazel.
Can I ask for a particular post?
Yes. Share your priorities or request a subject for an available slot before production begins. Specific requests use your included posts. New concepts, additional posts and delivery-date changes are agreed separately.
Will this guarantee more bookings?
No content service can promise what every viewer will do. Hazel prepares content that presents your real work clearly and consistently. Enquiries, bookings and sales are not guaranteed.
How do I start, or change plans?
Email Hazel with your business name, social profile and the plan you’re considering. We discuss the fit and confirm the subscription, start date and payment terms together. There is no checkout or automatic payment on this website. Existing clients can discuss a plan change with Hazel through their portal.
