Upload clear photos of your products, services or completed work. Add the useful details: what happened, what matters, and anything your audience should know. For Reels, include suitable video clips.
Your part: supply original material you can use and accurate business details.

02 / AGREE THE FIRST POST
Your style.
Find the direction before going further.
Share brand preferences and examples of what you like. We use your first finished post to agree the style before preparing the rest, so the content starts with a direction that makes sense for your business.
Your part: give clear, consolidated feedback on that first post.

Our care.
Bring the details into focus.
We design the images, shape carousels or edit suitable clips according to your plan, then write the captions. Studio quality checks are part of every plan. The aim is content that feels considered and recognisably yours.
Included: one consolidated revision round per post within the agreed brief.

Your studio.
Everything you need, in one place.
Your private portal keeps uploads, planned delivery dates and finished content together. Check what’s coming, share a specific request for an available slot, and send feedback without losing the thread.

A little from you. A lot brought together.
You do not need to direct every design. A useful starting point and honest feedback help us make the work feel like your business.

Suitable clips for Reels
If your plan includes video, share footage we can work with. On-site filming is not included.
No. Share your priorities, or leave the choices to Hazel. Essential includes a monthly priorities form. Signature and Studio include a personalised monthly content outline. Studio also includes a 20-minute monthly planning call, with the time confirmed by Hazel.
Can I give feedback after delivery?
Yes. Send your feedback through Your content in the portal. Every post includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Hazel’s factual or production mistakes are corrected without using that round.
How soon will I receive content?
We confirm your start date and delivery arrangements with you directly. Your calendar then shows the planned delivery dates. Getting usable source material and accurate details in place helps the work progress. Any delivery-date changes are agreed with Hazel.
Will you log in and post for me?
No. You download the finished files and captions, then publish them yourself. Your social accounts stay in your hands. Account management, automatic posting and paid advertising are not part of the service.
YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT.
Start with your work. We’ll talk about the rest.
Share your business name and social profile. We’ll discuss what you already have, what you need, and the right plan to bring it together.
